Art fot the Heart is an ongoing "art for healing" project in Penasco, offering free art workshops and creativity sessions. We have sewing machines, fabric, and many art supplies including clay, fabric, leather, paints printmaking, etc. A gallery space is available for participants to display and sell their work. Out back, we are evolving gardens and fish ponds and have built a fire pit for traditional pottery. Our program is unique, diverse, educational and enriching. We learn from each other and draw inspiration from cultural roots. We learn different artistic skills, remaining open to opportunities & requests. Art for the Heart is a creative resource in the Penasco area, open 4 days a week.
